Step 1 :: Consultation

Get expert guidance from our certified Australian Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC). They will conduct a personalized session to understand your educational goals and preferences accurately. Step 2 :: Choose a school and course

Based on the information gathered in the consultation, we will assist you in selecting the most suitable school and course that aligns with your academic interests and career aspirations. Our team will provide you with comprehensive information about various educational institutions and available programs. Additionally, we will email you personalized school options and quotations, allowing you to access detailed and clear information at your convenience.

Step 3 :: Apply for a school application

Once you've made your decision on the school and course, we will help you complete and submit the application to the chosen educational institution. We will ensure that all necessary documents and information are included to maximize your chances of acceptance.

Step 4 :: Get an offer letter

​After submitting the application, we will work closely with the school to expedite the process and obtain an offer letter on your behalf. This letter will include essential details such as the applied course, academic commencement date, tuition fees, and other pertinent information. It serves as confirmation of your acceptance into the chosen program and outlines the next steps to be taken.

Step 5 :: Pay the tuition & accept the offer

Upon receiving the offer letter, you will need to make the tuition payment to secure your place in the course. Our team will guide you through the payment process and assist you in officially accepting the offer. Once the payment is completed, we will proceed with the enrollment process at the school. This will involve submitting the necessary documents, including the payment receipt and acceptance form, to obtain the necessary approvals for your enrollment.

Step 6 :: Get an eCoE

Upon completing the tuition payment and officially accepting the offer, the school will issue an eCoE to us, confirming your enrollment in the chosen course and securing your place. The eCoE is a crucial document required for the student visa application, demonstrating your acceptance into the institution.

Step 7 :: Prepare for a visa application

In this step, we will provide you with comprehensive guidance and support to prepare all the necessary documents for the student visa application. Our team will ensure that you meet all the visa requirements set by the Australian authorities.

Step 8 :: Pay OSHC (Overseas Student Health Cover) & Apply for a visa

Before applying for the student visa, you will need to purchase the Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC). This is a required document for the applicant applying for a student visa. We will assist you in obtaining OSHC. Additionally, we will provide comprehensive support in preparing all the necessary documents and meeting the visa requirements for the application process.
